[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] The order dated 03.09.2024 in paying the cost of Rs.500/- within a time fixed by this Court has not been complied with, therefore, seeking extension of time to comply the order, this petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the respondent even though has opposed the petition, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered by extending the time of one week from today, within which, the cost shall be paid, failing which, without any further reference to this Court, the petition to condone the delay in the main civil miscellaneous petition itself would get dismissed.
