ORDER

(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 14.03.2017 made in I.A.No.343 of 2016 in O.S.No.22 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai, filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the suit property. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2012 was dismissed by the judgment and decree dated 13.11.2018 after full-fledged trial and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
