In this case, initially, the parties agreed for a compromise, which resulted in passing the order dated 20.08.2025, quashing C.C.No.279 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Kallakurichi.

2. Later, there seems to be a change of mind and therefore, this Court Page No.1 of 3

vide order dated 22.08.2025, recorded that the parties have not arrived at a settlement and retransmitted the same to the Court concerned. Since the said order was omitted to be transferred / uploaded, the matter is listed today under the caption for being mentioned.

3. It is stated that the parties want to contest the case and therefore, the order dated 20.08.2025 is recalled.

4. Therefore, Registry is directed to transmit the case records to the Court concerned.
