This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.578 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 341, 323, 294(b), 332 and 506(i) of IPC as against the petitioner.

Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.578 of 2016 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.1906 of 2017 on the file of the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
