ORDER
The petitioner herein is the first accused in a complaint registered under Crime No.145 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said complaint is a false and frivolous one and without proper investigation, the FIR is kept pending by the Police willfully, just to put pressure on the petitioner herein and distract him from the normal life. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2

2. Narrating in detail, how one of the accused who is highly connected with the Government of Pondicherry involved in this case to sustain the frivolous complaint and preventing the police from investigating fairly and file the final report.
3. There is no representation for the respondent police. The complaint registered a year ago appears to be kept in cold storage by the Police for the reasons best known. Hence, the first respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of two months from today and file final report as per Section 173 of Cr.P.C.
