2. When the Court is about to dismiss these petitions after hearing both sides, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the Petitions with a liberty to raise all his legal defence before the trial Court. He also made an endorsement in this regard.

3. In such view of the matter, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
