ORDER
Both the defacto complainant and the accused are virtually present.
2. In view of the fact that the dedicated bench is conducting these proceedings in hybrid cum virtual manner, the compromise between the parties is recorded without any written affidavit. In that regard, the complainant submits that the problem is no more, but there should not be any Page No.1 of 3
problem in the future. The accused also submitted that there will not be any problem in the future. Since both parties have moved on and are in a position to move with each other peacefully and considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, as per the dictum of the Honourable Supreme Court of India in Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and Anr. reported in (2012) 10 SCC 303, I am of the view that this is a fit case for exercise of power under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
3. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.32 of 2019 shall stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 22.08.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
