This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent No.2/de-facto complainant as one of the respondents in the above Criminal Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for first respondent/revision petitioner as well as learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for second respondent have no objection in ordering the above impleading petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

5.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner undertakes to serve the copies of the petition and typed set to the newly impleaded second respondent.

6.The learned Government Advocate as well as the learned counsel for newly impleaded second respondent seek some time to file their counter. 7.Post the main revision on 28.10.2024.
