Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent herein in B3/D.O.No.61 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022 and quash the same and produce the detenue Thiru.Ajithkumar, aged about 26 years, son of Ashokkumar, TPDA No.6361/2022 now detained in Central Prison, Salem before this Court and set him at liberty. 3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
