The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once at 10.30am, for further period of 15 days and thereafter, weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30a.m, until further order in Crl.M.P.No.18864 of in Crl.OP.No.15847 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
