The allegation in this case is that on 26.09.2019, the accused was standing in front of a school and was abusing everyone in filthy language when the police personnel came to the spot. Considering the nature of allegation, the case is pending from the year 2019 and any further continuance of the case would impinge upon the right to speedy trial of the accused.

Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Ariyalur Taluk, Ariyalur stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands allowed.

The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
