This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.42 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.42 of 2018, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2020 before the Special Court of POCSO, Tiruvannamali.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 12.01.2023 vum Index:yes/No Speaking order / Non speaking order 2/4
