This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to investigate and file the Final Report in the above Crime No.489 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent.

2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.489 of 2015 is pending on the file of the respondent police. Now, almost five years have been lapsed. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 489 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
