This petition has been filed to relax the condition that clause 7(b) that "the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
