ORDER

Both the parties were present virtually before this Court. They have submitted that the problem between the parties has since been eased out and both sides submitted that the case can be closed as having compromised.

2. In view of the extraordinary situation in which the parties are virtually present before the dedicated bench, without insisting for any affidavit Page No.1 of 3

whatsoever, the compromise is recorded.

3. In view of the nature of allegations in this case, I am of the view that this is a fit case for exercise of power under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as per the dictum of the Honourable Supreme Court of India in Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and Anr. reported in (2012) 10 SCC 303.

4. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.244 of 2020 shall stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 22.08.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
