The petitioners are A1 to A3 in S.C.No.203 of 2023 now pending before the Assistant Sessions Judge at Coimbatore, in Crime No.760 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 307, 326, 34 & 149 of IPC.

2. Non-bailable Warrants had been issued against the petitioners on 12.07.2021 and they had been secured on 26.05.2023. However, NBW is still pending as against A4.

3.In view of that particular fact and that the trial can never progress and it is clear that the accused have taken a decision to abscond one after the other, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. .
