ORDER

The allegations in this case is that on 06.04.2022, the accused was seen standing in the middle of the road and was generally asking everyone that why people are not interfering and resolving the dispute between himself and his uncle. Stating so, he also threatened everyone and on the strength of the allegations, the case was registered for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 506 (2) and 279 of IPC on 06.04.2022 and the matter is pending.

2. Considering the nature of allegations and the continuance of the case Page No.1 of 3

beyond a period of three years for the nature of allegation would impinge upon the right to speedy trial of the accused and no useful purpose will also be served in continuing the case against the accused. accordingly proceedings in C.C.No.219 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer case is allowed.

20.08.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
