O R D E R

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu viz., Dinakaran S/o.Mahalingam, aged about 38 years, who has been branded as 'Bootlegger' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Ref.C3.D.O.No.112/2019 dated 14.10.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner in Ref.C3.D.O.No.112/2019 dated 14.10.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4870, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
