The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders without fail passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21986 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
