ORDER

The allegation in this case is that on 12.01.2022, the accused was found to be in possession of three liquor bottles of 180 ml each.

2. Firstly, it is within the consumable limit and secondly, the case is pending from the year 2022 and no useful purpose will be served by keeping the case pending. Accordingly, the proceedings in S.T.C.No.188 of 2022 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur stands quashed Page No.1 of 3

and this Suo Motu Transfer case is allowed.

20.08.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
