ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Second Respondent herein to register FIR in pursuance to the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3093 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that already FIR has been registered in Crime No.644 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 380, 426, 448 and 506(1) of IPC based on the complaint given by the petitioner and thereby, the petition has become infructuous.

3. Since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 04.11.2024 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No ksa-2 2/4
