ORDER

The nature of the allegations in this case is that on 11.12.2018, PW.1, mother gave a complaint against her son that he abused her in filthy language and also charged against her by holding a wooden stick in his hand. The case was registered on 26.11.2018 and the final report was also filed on 11.12.2018. It is stated that the accused is psychologically disturbed person and seven years have also gone by and the complainant is the mother of the accused. Page No.1 of 3

2. Considering the nature of allegations and the background of the parties and the history of the case, no useful purpose will be served in continuing the case against the accused. Accordingly, the proceedings in C.C.No.205 of 2019 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer case is allowed. 20.08.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
