ORDER

This is a matrimonial conflict. Both the husband and wife virtually present before the Court. They have compromised the issue. They are living together.

2. In view of the dictum of the Honourable Supreme Court of India in B.S.Joshi & Ors. Vs. State of Haryana & Another reported in AIR 2003 SSC 1386, this is a fit case for exercise of power under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. Accordingly, the C.C.No.97 of 2020 shall stands quashed and accordingly, this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 22.08.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
