This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18656 of 2023 of 2023 to report before the concerned Court on all working days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Sessions Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and on every hearing date, till completion of trial.
