Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.In the application seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.OP.No.10232 of 2023, by an order dt.19.09.2023, it had mentioned that surety is to be produced to the satisfaction of Special Court of Land Grabbing, Tiruvallur. This is sought to be amended by the present petition to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Madhavaram.

3.Amendment petition stands allowed. Registry may carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.OP.No.

10232 of 2023, in the order granting anticipatory bail dated 19.9.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Time is extended for producing sureties till 15.12.2023.
