ORDER

The accused was produced virtually. He appeared and pleaded guilty.

2. Considering the nature of the offence that he was found to be driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and the offence charged under Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the plea of the accused is accepted. The accused is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.500/-. Page No.1 of 3

3. Accordingly, the S.T.C.No.1212 of 2022 shall stands quashed and accordingly, this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 22.08.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
