O R D E R

This Court, by its order dated 06.01.2023, suo motu impleaded the second respondent - Canara Bank and issued statutory notice to them.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the second respondent along with his counsel appeared before this Court and filed an affidavit dated 06.02.2023 stating that the loan amount has been disbursed to the petitioner on 02.02.2023 and hence, the Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. As the order of this Court is duly complied with, no further order is required. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. 06.02.2023 asi
