ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 194(3) of BNSS 2023 altered to 118(1) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.209 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

This court by order dated 14.07.2025, dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner on the following ground: "5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegations, submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either sides, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the 1st petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed in respect of 1st petitioner. However, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners 2 to 5 with certain conditions."

3. Since this Court earlier dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner, now there is no change in circumstances placed before this Court, this Court is not in a position to revisit the earlier dismissal order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 16.10.2025 ssi 2/4
