These petitions are filed to set aside the abatement against the legal heirs of the deceased appellant late P.Mohanraj in the above second appeal and to bring on record the petitioners / proposed parties as legal heirs in the place of deceased P.Mohanraj / first appellant and rank petitioners 7 and 8 as appellants 7 and 8 in the above second appeal.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and post the second appeal for hearing during the third week of November 2024.
