O R D E R

The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(5), 351(3) and 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, in Crime No.330 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioners herein, due to previous enmity, went to the house of the de facto complainant, broke open the almirah, and stole jewels and money. They also caused damage to the property. Hence, the case has been registered.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) submits that the stolen articles and the car have not yet been recovered. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the nature of the offence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
