He further submitted that the investigation in this case has already been stayed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25520 of 2025 by order dated 22.10.2025. Since there is an interim stay of investigation granted by this Court, there is no apprehension of arrest, at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
