This petition for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners in connection with Crime No.Not Known of 2025 registered by the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 34, 120B, 420, 465, 468 & 471 of I.P.C (Indian Penal Code 1860).

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that an enquiry is pending against the petitioners. If the petitioners co-operate with the enquiry, there is no necessity to apprehend arrest.

3. Considering the nature of the complaint against the petitioners, it is sufficient to direct them to participate in the enquiry, and no coercive steps shall be taken against them unless and until a cognizable offence is made out.
