This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph 3 of the order dated 04.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11080 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7046 of 2023 that direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police every week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Judge (NDPS &EC), Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, until further orders.
