2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that for more than 60 persons were cheated and the main accused is absconding. In the given circumstances, it is not proper for the Court to fix time to complete the investigation as prayed by the petitioner. He further submits that in view of making out of the offence and the abscondance of the accused, the police has not make headway in the investigation.
