Chennai, has filed the compliance affidavit stating that the report of the Anthropologists was received by the committee only in July 2022. After verifying all the certificates, the Tamil Nadu State Level Scrutiny Committee-II, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, Chennai by the Proceedings No.10874/CV-3(2)/2017-19, dated 28.11.2022, has issued the community certificate to the petitioner and order of this Court dated 14.11.2022 has been complied with. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has highest regard and respect to the order of this Court and he had never violated the order.

2. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the contempt petition is closed.
