This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to alter the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent by adding the Sections 406, 465, 407, 471, 477(a) and 294 IPC. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, submitted that the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2017 itself has been quashed by this Court vide order, dated 24.02.2021, in Crl.O.P.No.3567 of 2018, and therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the matter.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
