ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to cancel patta No.7915 standing in the name of the fourth respondent, who is now dead and represented by his legal heirs viz., the respondents 5 to 7.
2. The petitioner claims that the fourth respondent had illegally obtained patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in his name. According to the petitioner, the said property is owned by them. The fourth respondent died during the pendency of this writ petition. The respondents 5 to 7 have been brought on record as his legal representatives by this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would also submit, on instructions, that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted by the
second respondent on the said representation, seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the fourth respondent. In view of the same, no prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if the representation of the petitioner, seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the fourth respondent is considered on merits and in accordance with law by the second respondent after hearing the objections of the petitioner as well as the contentions of the respondents 5 and 7 and any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions of the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 7.

The learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 7 has also not raised any serious objection if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the contentions of the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 7 and also after giving due consideration to the documents produced by them within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the
fourth respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 7 and any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire and the supporting documents filed by them.
