This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the IDOP.No.74/2023 from the file of the Family Court, Erode and to transfer the same to the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with MC No.416/2024 for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
