ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to settle the additional expenses incurred by the petitioner for the construction of an Open Well and renovation of pipelines in Kuthampoondi Panchyat, Vikravandi, Villupuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, after due enquiry in the light of the report submitted by the Additional Collector, DRDA, Villupuram District, dated 01.08.2023, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
