This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022 requesting to remove the concrete boulders placed at the entrance of the Babu Lane and provide free and unhindered ingress and egress through Babu land to Barracks Gate Road, Pattalam, Chennai -12.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the respondents police but no action has been taken so far.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
