ORDER
The petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 183 days in filing the review application.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner takes me through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and states that there is no delibrate 1/4
inaction or negligence from the part of the petitioner and that the delay has been properly explained.
3.I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking condonation of delay.
4.The petitioner has made out sufficient grounds for condoning the delay of 183 days in seeking the review of the judgment in the second appeal.
5.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents also has no serious objection for the delay being condoned, however, seeks for the name of the counsel to be printed at the time of hearing the review for admission.
6.Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.N.Manoharan counsel appearing for the respondents at the time of posting the review for admission and post the review on 15.10.2025.
