This petition has been filed to grant extension of time for compliance of the conditional order dated 06.09.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.21745 of 2024.

Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilise the funds due to poor financial conditions, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
