This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate, Harur instead of the Judicial Magistrate, Palacode and also to amend section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 r/w Section 21(1), 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in the order dated 06.09.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.21475 of 2024.

2. Accordingly, the Amendment Petition is ordered.
