ORDER

This revision seeks an expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2024 in

A.S.SR.No.385 of 2024. I have called for a report from the Subordinate Judge, Palacode on 26.11.2024. Learned Subordinate Judge also sent a report stating that he will dispose of the application by 09.12.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up today, Ms.Rifa Fathima, states that the application was allowed on 09.12.2024. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this revision and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
