(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Considering that the application for stay, which was filed along with the revision petition on 28.07.2025, has remained pending without any decision and the petitioner is apprehending lock and seal of his premises, we dispose this petition as follows: "The petitioner shall appear in the office of the revisional authority on 25.08.2025 and within five days from the date of appearance of the petitioner, the application for stay shall be decided and orders be passed."

There shall be no order as to costs.
