ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue "Site Visit certificate" to the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to submit the application pursuant to the tender notification dated 04.08.2025 issued by the 1 st respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions of the 2 nd respondent. It is seen that the Site Visit is going to be done today and the Site Visit certificate will be issued on receipt of the confirmation report from the Assistant Executive Engineer, P.W.D, Buildings C&M Sub Division, Tiruttani.

3. The above stand of the 2 nd respondent is recorded, and the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
