ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to pass an order on the representation given by the 3rd respondent herein before the 1st respondent on 25.11.2019 against the petitioner and further direct the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2023 and to provide a copy of the order which is passed based on the representation of the 3rd respondent dated 25.11.2019.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the subject property by way of settlement deed executed by his father. Whereas, the 3rd respondent had given a representation to the 1st respondent to change the Pattas in the name of the 3rd respondent and also in the name of the Land 2/6

Donation Board as if, the Pattas were wrongly given. Based on the representation of the 3rd respondent, enquiries were conducted several times and relevant documents were obtained from the petitioner along with his statement. Though the final enquiry was conducted on 10.11.2022, the petitioner did not receive any copy of the order. Hence, he made an application to the 2nd respondent on 09.06.2023 to provide a copy of the order which was passed by the 2nd respondent based on the representation made by the 3rd respondent. However, there is no response from them which is causing great distress to the petitioner. Hence, the present petition is filed seeking appropriate direction to the official respondents.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Though the petitioner claims to be the owner of the subject property, he has not produced any document, except Patta to prove his title over the subject property.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed at the admission 3/6

stage itself. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 18.10.2023 ksa-2 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No 4/6
