This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners pursuant to Crime No. not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police is harassing the petitioners and attempting to register a false case against the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no such complaint before the respondent police as alleged by the petitioners.
