This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would submit that this Court, by a judgment dated 29.07.2022 in C.S No.553 of 2017 has permitted the plaintiff to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- deposited in the Court. But, in paragraph 9 of the said judgment, it has been omitted to include "with accrued interest" and the same requires to be rectified. Thus, she prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, Registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections in the judgment dated 29.07.2022 in C.S.
