S.Sounthar,J When the matter was called on 19.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, this Court, directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 22.09.2025. Even today, when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismissal the writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
